Congratulations to Odyssey Energy Solutions who have been chosen as the official digital platform for Nigeria’s $750m DARES (Distributed Access through Renewable Energy Solutions) programme. The programme is a The World Bank-funded initiative led by the Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria that will bring electricity to 17.5 million Nigerians through distributed renewable energy. Odyssey is funded by Transforming Energy Access via Shell Foundation’s TIME platform.
Through the Odyssey platform, solar companies will:
- Submit and manage their projects
- Undergo streamlined evaluation by REA
- Monitor systems long-term
- Receive results-based finance — all in one integrated System
